A refund request must be received thirty (30) days prior to scheduled date of use, except for illness or family emergencies, in which case proof must be provided, and the request must be received within 7 days following absence.

Daily refunds are not available. Refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee.

An applicant seeking a refund shall be required to submit a refund request on the form provided by the city. Refunds will only be issued in the name of and delivered to the person whose name(s) appear(s) on the original receipt.
