Adventure Island is full of sun, sand, and thrills where youth will have something to do behind every palm tree. They will be able to explore what floats their boat when it comes to fun. With rides like Florida's original four-lane mat slide, Riptide, or Caribbean Corkscrew or Wahoo Run, and attractions such as Paradise Lagoon and Splash Attack, they are sure to leave with a smile on their faces.
Children must have and bring an Adventure Island park pass to this field trip.

Participants of all levels of cheerleading will be introduced to all aspects of this sport, including tumbling, stunting, dance and cheers. This camp is designed for all levels of cheerleaders who will be divided into both age and ability levels. Campers will learn proper technique and safety for tumbling and stunting. Campers will also learn cheers and choreographed cheer routines based on ability.

Enjoy this fun introduction to a variety of sports skills specifically designed for the youngest athletes! Safety and teamwork are emphasized as campers engage in basic skills and activities designed to develop body coordination and build confidence. We will combine fun and imaginative games with a basic knowledge of sports including soccer, kickball, t-ball, and gymnastics. Soccer shootouts, basketball drills, football throws and base running will keep your child active and learning the basics of our favorite sports. Enjoy a special sporty craft each day. You'll have a "BALL” learning about teamwork and sportsmanship.

This Camp is designed for beginner through intermediate rowers. No experience necessary! Campers will be divided by age, ability, and previous rowing experience. Learn a new sport or increase your skills for next season. Activities will vary each week for campers interested in multiple weeks. Campers will receive on-the-water coaching as well as video review sessions. Campers will also participate in swimming and other paddling sports such as kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and dragon boats. The week will conclude with a race and awards ceremony at the Tampa River Center. Early drop-off for morning camp is 7:30 am - 9 am. Participants of all skill levels will learn the fundamentals of pickleball. Pickleball is a paddle sport played with a whiffle ball on a badminton-sized court and a tennis-style net. This camp is designed for all levels of athletes and participants will be divided into both age and ability levels.

Art Explorations is for young people who love to create, explore, and express themselves through visual arts. Not only will their creative spirit be nurtured, they will often make lasting friendships and leave camp with precious memories. Artists will work in ceramics, glass, painting, mixed media, fashion design, and jewelry as they make one-of-a-kind sculptural and utilitarian pieces. Early drop-off and late pick-up is available for a nominal fee. Students are to bring their own lunch and snacks. Please wear appropriate clothing (plan to get dirty) and closed-toed shoes are a must!
