Urban line dance encompasses all levels of choregraph line dances to R&B, rap, gospel and other urban music. It is a great form of cardio exercise. Class is 90 minutes of non-stop fitness, fun and fellowship. The class is for all ages and skill levels, so come out and take advantage of the opportunities to dance and gain friends. Rec Cheerleading is an introductory program designed to teach the fundamentals of cheerleading. Participants will gain the basic knowledge of tecniques per position, body balance, first step directional movements, arm control, leg control,jumps,stunts, cheers, cheerleading awareness, and sportsmanship. $30 Registration covers uniform rental and participation in all events. A current Rec Card is required to participate.
