Hatha Flow Yoga with Nancy Scott - 19912195

Step into this fluid practice that uses the breath to guide and inspire you through a series of postures that are linked together with smooth transitions. This flow practice is geared toward students who are familiar with basic yoga postures. Variations to postures will be provided to accommodate and challenge students of all levels. In this class you learn to use the breath to bring more energy and reduce resistance during practice. The class will leave students feeling renewed and refreshed.
