Students will learn the different expansion rates of glass and how they react together. They will also learn different components of creating artful forms and jewelry including cutting glass, using frit or enamels for decoration, incorporating wire and metal between layers, embossing with refractory materials, etc.. Tools are provided for use during class. The studio has a limited amount of glass for purchase. For safety reasons, participants must wear closed toe shoes at all times.

Recreation card required; current JCC members are not required to obtain a recreation card to register.
