Students/participants are welcomed to join the Tampa Parks and Recreation Department fitness room. These fitness rooms are self-lead activities that provide a place and opportunity for you and your family to tone and strengthen muscles, enhance your cardiovascular system and meet new people. There is no pressure. Workout and develop at your own pace, you decide what and how much exercise best meets your needs in a clean and safe environment. Participants must have a current RecCard.
