Stretch and Tone - 22109071

Students will be lead in a class consisting of cardiovascular and core exercises, showing students that exercising can be fun at any level. This class works on cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility and strength. Fitness routines are taught to music, so participants enjoy their experience. A wide variety of participants attend this class raging from young adults to senior citizens. All skill levels are welcome to join this fun and energetic class.
