Wheel Throwing
Learn all levels of techniques on the potters wheel. This class is designed for all levels of student. Beginners will study basic methods including centering, pulling walls, trimming, and glazing. As students progress, projects may be, but are not limited to, throwing altered forms, lid making, and pot assembly. High and low fire glazes are discussed as well as advanced surface decoration using texture, slips, and wax resist techniques.

Finishing studio time is available for $1.50 per class for currently enrolled participants. Current Rec Card Required.
Class fee includes glazes, slips, and firing fees. Clay ($11.24 per 25 lbs) is available for purchase as needed.
