Lifeguard Review

This course is designed to review the lifeguarding skills and core knowledge points required to recertify in lifeguarding. Please note: if your Lifeguarding certification is expired, you must take the full Lifeguarding course, THIS IS A REVIEW COURSE ONLY. The course length is approximately 8 hours. The topics that will be reviewed include: patron surveillance, rescue skills, victim assessment, First Aid, CPR/AED, and care for head, neck, and spinal injuries.
