Ages 50 & up or by special permission. This class allows the participants to learn basic movements that can be utilized at home and give them a positive outlook on working to stay fit. Participants in this class will begin working out using techniques that include breathing and stretching exercises, leg and arm movements then progress to stretches and exercises standing or sitting with use of a chair. Participants must have a current RecCard.
