Weight lifting exercise circuit that focuses on building strength and stamina in each muscle group. Participants complete a full body workout, moving through 12 exercises for 3 minutes per exercise.
Monday basic to intermediate level.
Thursdays for beginners or persons re-entering fitness. Class may use chairs as needed for low impact activities that may need guidance and support to aid in form. Bring personal mat.
