At least 1 current membership per family member from this pass code list: 1RCINDYT (Rec Card Individual Youth), 1RCTEEN (Rec Card Teen Pass), 4RCFAMYT (Rec Card Family Youth), valid on transaction date.
Age older than or equal to 13.00 and younger than or equal to 17.99. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.

Teen After School Forest Hills
Teens Leading Change is an exciting program for youth ages 15-17 that provides participants with skills and positive motivation needed to impact their lives, enabling them to become successful contributors in their respective communities. Weekly meetings, group discussions, sports activities, creative/fine arts activities and special projects, facilitated by well-informed staff members promises to foster meaningful opportunities for growth in time management, team building, self-worth, finances and communication. All participants are required to have a current rec card and be enrolled in school.
