Students in this class will begin working out using techniques that include breathing and stretching exercises, leg and arm movements then progress to stretches and exercises standing or sitting with use of a chair. This class allows the participants to learn basic movements that can be utilizied at home and give them a positive outlook on working to stay fit.
Sit & Get Fit is designed to work on Improving muscle strength, flexibility, & core strength. This helps your balance all while using your own body resistance, light weights & exercise bands!
