Needle Punch Fiber Design

Paint with fibers to create images with great depth and interest. Students will learn the basics for embroidery techniques with a needle punch tool. Class will begin with design techniques and operations of the needle punch tool and will end with a finished product that can be made into a pillow or beautiful wall hanging. Students will be responsible to bringing their own needle punch, and embroidery hoops. Some yarn colors will be provided, please call instructor at 813-259-1687 for specifics.
Materials students should bring:
*Wool thread
*Yarn
*Cotton string
*Embroidery Floss

*Adjustable punch needles (1 per person)
*Embroidery Hoops around 8in (1 per person)
*Needle Threader
*Monk Cloth
* U-Shaped Scissors
