Boys In Action New Tampa

The Boys In Action I (2nd - 5th grade) aged boys is specifically tailored for the beginner gymnast. Gymnasts will be introduced to the basic core skills of gymnastics on all 4 apparatus (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.) Proper stretching techniques and strength training will be emphasized to provide a foundation for continued progression.
